Jason E. Brinegar


Jason joined Ed Wiegers and Tom Kier at Galloway, Wiegers & Heeney after graduating from law school in 2000.  Jason became a partner in 2002 and has been the managing partner since 2013.  Jason handles a wide range of legal issues but primarily focuses on Estate Planning and Administration.  In addition Jason's practice includes business planning, Real Estate and Litigation.  Jason is available to meet with clients in both Seneca and Marysville.  Jason resides in Marysville with his wife, Libby and four children.  Jason has previously served on many local boards and spends his free time in promoting the communities GWB serves.

Coleman J. Younger


Coleman joined Galloway, Wiegers & Brinegar in January 2017. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas, Nebraska, and Wyoming. He started his legal career in southwest Kansas following his graduation from the Washburn School of Law in 2015, before moving home to Marshall County. Coleman primarily handles municipal, domestic, criminal, and civil litigation matters. Coleman is available to meet in Marysville, Seneca, and Belleville, as well as Frankfort by appointment. Phone consultations are available for potential clients outside of Kansas. He is active many community causes, and is the head coach of the Inline Hockey Club at Kansas State University.
